1.3 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

3.1 We accept Online Payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
3.2 COD availability depends on delivery location and courier service policies.
3.3 TrendyKurti reserves the right to disable COD for high-risk locations or repeat non-acceptance customers.
3.4 Orders placed via COD must be accepted and paid for at the time of delivery. Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future COD restriction.
3.5 Online payment orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
3.6 In case of payment failure, the order will automatically be cancelled.

4. Usage Restrictions

4.1 Users shall not misuse the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.

6.3 Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy displayed on the website.
7.2 Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
7.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality verification.
