At Trendykurti, customer satisfaction is our priority.
All products are dispatched only after strict quality checks to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to the Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation terms mentioned below.

📦 Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns. However, exchange is allowed only in case of size or fitting issues.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be accepted only if:

✔️ Request is raised within 3 days of delivery
✔️ Parcel opening video is shared clearly showing product and packaging
✔️ Product is unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging with tags intact
✔️ Exchange is allowed only once per order
✔️ Product passes our internal quality inspection

❌ Non-Eligible for Exchange

Exchange will NOT be accepted if:

🚫 Opening video is missing or unclear
🚫 Product is damaged due to customer handling
🚫 Product is used, washed, altered or without tags
🚫 Request raised after 3 days of delivery

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Customer contacts us within 3 days via:

  2. Share order number + opening video + issue details.

  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged or customer may self-ship.

  5. Once the product passes inspection, the replacement will be dispatched.

Note: Damage, defective, replacement or even exchange product will be delivered in 10 days

🚚 Exchange Shipping Charges

✔️ Reverse pickup and reshipping charges are payable by the customer.
✔️ Shipping charges are non-refundable.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT applicable under normal circumstances.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refund will be issued only if:

✔️ Replacement product is unavailable in stock after exchange approval
✔️ Order is cancelled by Trendykurti before dispatch
✔️ Prepaid payment is deducted but order confirmation fails

⏳ Refund Timeline

✔️ Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
✔️ Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
✔️ COD orders → refunded via bank / UPI details provided by customer

❌ Non-Refundable Items

🚫 All products once delivered
🚫 Shipping and reverse pickup charges
🚫 COD convenience charges (if applicable)

❌ Cancellation Policy

✅ Order Cancellation

✔️ Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
✔️ Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
✔️ Cancellation request must be raised via WhatsApp or Email

💰 Cancellation Refund

✔️ Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days
✔️ COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not attract any charges
